  • M&A Due Diligence: Provide potential buyers, private equity firms, and generalist consulting firms with wine, food and beverage industry expertise to evaluate potential targets and assist with overall strategic, financial and/or operational assessments

  • Post Merger Integration Management: Create a master plan for the integration of departments, services and products, and define and address the most critical integration areas and implement change management and communications best practices to facilitate a smooth transition

  • Exit Advisory: We combine our experiences in M&A, strategy and corporate finance to lay out a path to maximize the value of the business starting with a comprehensive review of the business, identification of likely buyers, assessment of go-to-market needs and investment bank/broker needs, and in some cases leading the sell-side process in partnership with CEO, CFO, and other advisors

  • Acquisition Advisory: Develop a strategy to drive growth through M&A and lead identification, screening, and evaluating potential targets.  In some cases, serve as buy side advisor and lead buyside negotiation and due diligence process in partnership with CEO, CFO, counsel and other advisors

  • Family Office Investment Advisory: We can serve as a strategy and operating partner to family offices, providing M&A advisory and due diligence, assessing/improving portfolio operations, and helping to make timely changes to your operating model
